I appreciate ample notice, so I can begin making travel arrangements.

I do implement a custom travel fee that includes hotel, flight, Uber, etc. A 50% deposit is required to secure our date, + travel fee. Business/First Class airfare is required for travel beyond 5 hours.

I do require 6-7 hours of sleep on overnights.

I understand that things happen in life! If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit may be rolled over to another date if we reschedule within four weeks. Or to another date, say if I’m on tour. You have up to 60 days to reschedule before your deposit is forfeited. Otherwise, the following policy applies.

Cancelling outside of 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited.

Cancelling within 48 hours incurs 100% of my fee.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule time with me. Deposits are nonrefundable, unless in the rare event I need to cancel.

All clients must be screened and verified prior to screening. No exceptions.
